Mindfulness Teacher / Coach

Nathalie is a modern communication expert, blending her professional expertise and experience as an SLP, her learnings and practice in spiritual healing (reiki, intuitive healing), and mindfulness, along with her recent, very personal experience in rediscovering and reclaiming her voice in her mid-forties, after having lived a life devoid of constant voice extinction.

Story

At 44 years of age, I found herself on the edge of Life’s precipice with my life completely unraveling around me. At the time, I was facing excruciatingly long and slow commutes to work on a daily basis. 

As painful as it was, this experience forced me to look at my life with realistic glasses. It was also a lesson in LETTING GO.

Started my journey into mindfulness (unknowingly) 

She writes and speaks openly about how, at the age of 44, she found herself on the edge of Life’s precipice, with her entire life unraveling around her and how she had to learn to LET GO, and jump into the scary unknown abyss below.

Mindfulness Teacher: During the completion of my Mindfulness in Modern Society Program, I learned about Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), which I then started applying on a daily basis during my healing journey.

Courses

May 2021 - Speaker "Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC): What is it and how to apply it?" 

This 3-hour presentation was completed virtually to the Toronto Catholic District School Board's (TCDSB) Department of Speech-Language Pathology, to a group of 45 Speech-Language Pathologists.

January 2022 - Speaker "Self-Care Through Mindfulness – Creating A Mindful Ritual" 

This 1-hour presentation and workshop was completed virtually to the Toronto Catholic District School Board's (TCDSB) Department of Speech-Language Pathology, to a group of 45 Speech-Language Pathologists. An electronic Mindful Ritual Planner was created and given to each participant so that they could plan a mindful ritual which best applied to them.
