Our clinic is growing, and we’re looking for passionate professionals to join us! We are currently hiring Speech-Language Pathologists and Communication Disorders Assistants (CDAs) who are eager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of neurodivergent children and their families.

 

At our clinic, we believe every child deserves to be understood, respected, and supported in a way that honors their individuality. Our work is grounded in a child-led, neurodiversity-affirming approach — we meet each client where they are, focusing on connection, trust, and authentic communication.

We offer training and ongoing mentorship in neurodiversity-affirming practice, Natural Language Acquisition (NLA), and child-led therapy methods. Whether you’re new to this approach or already familiar with it, we’ll support you in deepening your skills and confidence.

Our team culture emphasizes collaboration, curiosity, and compassion — both for our clients and for one another. We value reflective practice, open communication, and creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
