Join our team!
Our clinic is growing, and we’re looking for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Communicative Disorders Assistants (CDAs) to join our team.

We are a neurodiversity-affirming practice dedicated to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive space for children, teens, and their families. We believe every child deserves to be understood and supported in a way that honours their individuality. Our work is grounded in child-led, relationship-based approaches that prioritize connection, trust, and authentic communication.
We are equally committed to supporting the families we work with, offering guidance and collaboration to empower parents as active partners in their child’s communication journey.
Just as we prioritize the well-being and safety of our clients, we place the same importance on our team. We foster a culture of support, ongoing learning, and mentorship. Clinicians receive training and continued guidance in neurodiversity-affirming practices, including child-led and sensorimotor approaches and Natural Language Acquisition (NLA), with opportunities to deepen clinical skills in a collaborative environment.
Our team values curiosity, reflection, and compassion—for our clients and for one another. If you are a clinician who is committed to inclusive, relationship-based care and is seeking a supportive, growth-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you.
